Devore silk burnout imagery is done in a climbing vine is hand painted one one side with a beautiful watercolor technique and the other side a deep violet in a smooth iridescent chiffon. The dominate colors are blue and violet but greens, pale yellow, lavender and plum are also found throughout the hand painted portion. The texture of the silk is lightweight and silky.
